Sharing + Groups
Locator visibility settings
Control who can see your retailer locator via Locator Config → Sharing.

Default mode
New tenants start in Unlisted mode. Switch to Public when you're ready to go live.
Retailer groups
Groups let you organize retailers by category (e.g. "Showroom partners", "Online retailers", "Service centers"). Groups appear as filter options in the public locator if enabled.
Creating a group
- Go to Network → Groups → New group
- Enter a group name and optional description
- Assign retailers to the group from the retailer list

In Locator Config → Filters, toggle on the groups you want to appear as filters in the locator.
Featured and preferred tiers
Highlight your most important retailer relationships:
- Preferred — Retailer appears higher in search results; marked with a badge
- Featured — Retailer appears in the featured spotlight section at the top of the locator
To set a tier: Network → Retailers → select a retailer → Tier dropdown.
Use Featured tier sparingly (1–3 retailers maximum) for maximum impact. Preferred is appropriate for 10–20% of your network.
Sharing with specific retailers
Retailers can claim their listing and access their own analytics dashboard.
To invite a retailer: Network → Retailers → select retailer → Invite to claim.
The retailer receives an email invitation and creates a free Stockisto Retailer account.
