Choose Forgot password and we email you a sign-in link. It works once, within 20 minutes, and signs you in without the password. An account made with Microsoft or Google has no password: use the same button again.
No email from us?
The link comes from no-reply@stockisto.com with the subject “Your Stockisto sign-in link”. We only send it to an address that has an account, and this page answers the same either way. Check the address you typed and your spam folder, then send it again.
Who signs in here?
Brands, retailers and installers, all on this page. Your account belongs to one company, and signing in opens that company's admin: the brand admin, the retailer admin or the installer portal.
Invited to a team?
Open the invitation email and set your name and password there. The invitation works for 7 days. After that, ask the person who invited you to send a new one.
Locked out after wrong passwords?
Twenty wrong passwords in a row pause password sign-in for 5 minutes. A sign-in link still works in the meantime.
How long do I stay signed in?
Seven days from when you sign in, in this browser. Signing in on another browser or device signs you out here, because an account keeps one sign-in at a time.
Need to change your email?
There is no setting for it. An admin on your team invites the new address, and once you are in with it, removes the old one.
