Open Settings / Notifications in Supplier Admin. Retailers use notification settings; installers use notification settings in their portal.
Choose the channel
Preferences separate In-app from Email. Reading an inbox notification does not unsubscribe you from email.

Set the digest cadence
Weekly is the default. Choose Off, Immediately, Daily or Weekly. Off suppresses digests and account-state nudges. Daily permits at most one digest per day; Weekly keeps the weekly cadence. A saved preference does not prove that an email was delivered.
Save your preferences
Choose Save preferences. If saving fails, the form reloads the current values and shows an error. Check those values before trying again.
Read the inbox
The bell opens your inbox. Open a notification's linked item to act on it. Mark read changes one notification; Mark all read marks unread notifications as read. Load older notifications when the inbox offers that action.
Inbox read status does not change your email settings. Use account settings for language and connected assistants.
