Account settings

Use the settings in the portal where you work. Your shopper account in Find is separate from a business portal account.

Open your account

The installer account destination opens the company profile. It is not the brand organisation form.

Set language and time zone

In Supplier Admin, open General. Choose your language and time zone, then save. Following the organisation uses its defaults; an admin can also save the chosen values as organisation defaults. A language change reloads the page.

Manage colleagues

Brand admins open Team. Retailers open Users; installers open Team. Invite each colleague with their own account and the role they need.

Sign in and control access

Use Sign in for email and password, or Google. Microsoft appears only when it is enabled for the service. Choose the email sign-in link if you cannot use your password. Settings does not provide a new identity provider or a password editor.

Open Connected assistants to revoke a brand account's assistant access. Retailers and installers have the same destination in their own settings. Revocation takes effect at the assistant's next renewal.

Notifications explains inbox and email controls. Open Privacy for the brand account's data controls. Retailers and installers have their own Privacy destination. Read the installer guide or the assistant guide for those workflows.
