The order depends on the list and the sort you choose.
01Stores in Find
Find's default sort puts fresh in-stock confirmations supplied by the retailer first. Within each group, stores are ordered by distance if you have chosen a place, otherwise by name. Distance, name and town sorts use those criteria instead.
02Locators and widgets
- Active sponsored placements first, then fresh in-stock confirmations supplied by the retailer among the remaining shops.
- Within those groups, shops featured by the supplier's active retailer relationship come first.
- Then stock status: in stock or low stock; orderable or carries the line; out of stock.
- In stock first sorts by distance within each stock group. Best match uses a score instead.
- Ties use stock-evidence freshness, then the supplier's pinned shops, then distance and a stable shop identifier.
With no stock record, In stock first groups the shop with out of stock. Best match groups it with carries the line.
Best match adds proximity × 0.40, assortment confidence × 0.35, data freshness × 0.15 and a current VVS specialisation score × 0.05. In stock adds 0.10; API or retailer-confirmed stock adds 0.05 when fresh or 0.02 when aging. Sponsorship adds 0.15.
Closest uses distance first. Showroom first puts featured relationships before showrooms, then distance. Name and town sorts use those fields first. Price sort groups currencies, then sorts prices from low to high; rows without a price come last. Otherwise equal rows keep the tie-breaks above.
03Online product offers
- In stock
- Orderable
- May carry
- Out of stock or contact retailer
- Stock unknown, including price-only offers
These status groups come first, in this order. A price-only offer comes after a row with stock information. Within a group: rows with a price first, then currency code alphabetically, then price from low to high, then shop name using Swedish alphabetical order. Prices in different currencies are not compared.
04Payment and relationships
A supplier's subscription tier and its retailer tier's sort number are not ranking parameters. An active sponsored placement gives priority in the supplier Locator's default sorts and adds the score boost above. Featured retailer relationships also affect those sorts and Showroom first. Pinned shops only break ties after freshness. The online offer order uses status, price, currency and name, with no paid boost; exact ties keep their input order. In a supplier Locator, that input order includes sponsored priority. Find's store order does not use sponsorship or supplier tiers.
